We use the finest Teak in the manufacture, as we believe that teak to be the superlative timber for the purpose in order to meet your requirement. The natural timeless beauty of Teak with its strength and distinct brown color is ideal for outdoor furniture settings with natural sanded if it's finished.
Our head office based in Semarang and our workshop is located in Jepara, Central Java. Its excellent routing and storage system to enable us to work out more efficiently and ship best quality. The following is a list of techniques we employ to consistently produce exceptional teak furniture:
- Mortises and tenons are cut to fit with precision.
- Critical connections are made with mortise and tenon joinery, which is the strongest method.
- All joints are first secured with weatherproof glue and then screwed together for ultimate durability.
- Where screwed, the holes are recessed and pegged so that the screws will never rust or stain.
- All of our furniture is hand inspected with our skilled quality control staff that always control for every single of our product strictly.
